Helen, a native of California, has been working in Pennsylvania for most of her PA career. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology at University of Santa Clara in California and her Physician Associate certificate along with a Masters in Health Professions from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Her background is in Family Medicine, with the last 20 years in Integrative/Nutritional Medicine. Her work at the Powers Clinic in Williamsport from 1998-2015 focused on addressing functional and lifestyle parameters to treat a myriad of disorders including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, thyroid and adrenal disorders, Lyme Disease, cardiovascular disease, and hormonal imbalances to name a few. She has done extensive nutritional consults to improve wellness using food, not medications. She has consulted with numerous clients for weight loss, and overall improvement in health and well-being. She is well-versed in the HCG protocol for weight loss and familiar with a variety of diet protocols.

Helen is an active member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants and currently is the Awards Chair. She is an avid vegetable gardener, enjoys playing piano and is currently organist at a local parish church. She loves to read, especially mystery novels, and thrives on gluten free cooking and baking.
